Unicode radicals for kanji 部首 ぶしゅ ブシュ
Wikipedia has a page of Unicode values for radicals.
But they have ⼿ for the tehen bushū or 部首 (ぶしゅ) when I am looking for the left-side component of Henshall 682 "pick up", i.e., 採 (サイ / と.る) which is 扌.
Another article says 扌 was added later as a "redundant semantic determinative."

I am finding http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Kangxi_radicals more useful in practice;
there is also http://www.htmlescape.net/unicode_chart_kangxi_radicals.html
